At Shree Divya, we aim to process and ship orders quickly. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately with your order details.
2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders
- If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled within the allowed time window.
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in the restriction or blocking of COD services for that customer in the future.
4. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
- Incomplete or incorrect address
In such cases, customers will be informed, and full refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
5. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order or the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability:
- The order will be cancelled
- Future COD orders may be restricted
