All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will inform you in case of any significant delay.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping or standard shipping rates as applicable
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Issues
If you face any of the following issues:
- Delay in delivery
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged package
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
6. Incorrect Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept
We may charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
